Going by the label you would draw 20 units — which from this vial is actually 59.6 mg, not 50 mg.

1. The vial holds dry powder: 595.9 mg of NAD+, as weighed.
2. Water spreads that powder evenly through the liquid: 595.9 mg ÷ 2 ml = 297.9 mg per ml.
3. An insulin syringe counts in units, 100 to the ml, so each unit carries 2.98 mg.
4. Your dose divided by that: 50 mg ÷ 2.98 mg = 17 units.

The water changes how many units a dose takes, never how much peptide you get. Twice the water means twice the units for the same dose. What sets the dose is how much is in the vial — which is why the measured amount matters.
