2. Water spreads that powder evenly through the liquid: 5.75 mg ÷ 2 ml = 2.88 mg per ml.
3. An insulin syringe counts in units, 100 to the ml, so each unit carries 29 mcg.
4. Your dose divided by that: 500 mcg ÷ 29 mcg = 17 units.
