1. The vial holds dry powder: 21.3 mg of Retatrutide, as weighed.
2. Water spreads that powder evenly through the liquid: 21.3 mg ÷ 2 ml = 10.6 mg per ml.
3. An insulin syringe counts in units, 100 to the ml, so each unit carries 106 mcg.
4. Your dose divided by that: 2 mg ÷ 106 mcg = 19 units.
