- The vial holds dry powder: 29.8 mg of Retatrutide, as weighed.
- Water spreads that powder evenly through the liquid: 29.8 mg ÷ 2 ml = 14.9 mg per ml.
- An insulin syringe counts in units, 100 to the ml, so each unit carries 149 mcg.
- Your dose divided by that: 3 mg ÷ 149 mcg = 20 units.
