2. Water spreads that powder evenly through the liquid: 12.2 mg ÷ 2 ml = 6.09 mg per ml.
3. An insulin syringe counts in units, 100 to the ml, so each unit carries 61 mcg.
4. Your dose divided by that: 1 mg ÷ 61 mcg = 16 units.
