Going by the label you would draw 20 units — which from this vial is actually 2.29 mg, not 2 mg.

1. The vial holds dry powder: 22.9 mg of Retatrutide, as weighed.
2. Water spreads that powder evenly through the liquid: 22.9 mg ÷ 2 ml = 11.4 mg per ml.
3. An insulin syringe counts in units, 100 to the ml, so each unit carries 114 mcg.
4. Your dose divided by that: 2 mg ÷ 114 mcg = 17 units.

The water changes how many units a dose takes, never how much peptide you get. Twice the water means twice the units for the same dose. What sets the dose is how much is in the vial — which is why the measured amount matters.
