1. The vial holds dry powder: 70.5 mg of Tirzepatide, as weighed.
2. Water spreads that powder evenly through the liquid: 70.5 mg ÷ 2 ml = 35.3 mg per ml.
3. An insulin syringe counts in units, 100 to the ml, so each unit carries 353 mcg.
4. Your dose divided by that: 6 mg ÷ 353 mcg = 17 units.
