1. The vial holds dry powder: 38.7 mg of Retatrutide, as weighed.
2. Water spreads that powder evenly through the liquid: 38.7 mg ÷ 2 ml = 19.3 mg per ml.
3. An insulin syringe counts in units, 100 to the ml, so each unit carries 193 mcg.
4. Your dose divided by that: 3 mg ÷ 193 mcg = 16 units.
