The label says 10 mg. Freedom Diagnostics Testing weighed 13.1 mg — 31% more than the label. Your dose depends on what is really in the vial, so the steps below use the measured amount.

Going by the label you would draw 20 units — which from this vial is actually 1.31 mg, not 1 mg.

1. The vial holds dry powder: 13.1 mg of Epithalon, as weighed.
2. Water spreads that powder evenly through the liquid: 13.1 mg ÷ 2 ml = 6.54 mg per ml.
3. An insulin syringe counts in units, 100 to the ml, so each unit carries 65 mcg.
4. Your dose divided by that: 1 mg ÷ 65 mcg = 15 units.

The water changes how many units a dose takes, never how much peptide you get. Twice the water means twice the units for the same dose. What sets the dose is how much is in the vial — which is why the measured amount matters.
