1. The vial holds dry powder: 654.3 mg of NAD+, as weighed.
2. Water spreads that powder evenly through the liquid: 654.3 mg ÷ 2 ml = 327.1 mg per ml.
3. An insulin syringe counts in units, 100 to the ml, so each unit carries 3.27 mg.
4. Your dose divided by that: 50 mg ÷ 3.27 mg = 15 units.
