1. The vial holds dry powder: 10.7 mg of Retatrutide, as weighed.
2. Water spreads that powder evenly through the liquid: 10.7 mg ÷ 2 ml = 5.37 mg per ml.
3. An insulin syringe counts in units, 100 to the ml, so each unit carries 54 mcg.
4. Your dose divided by that: 1 mg ÷ 54 mcg = 19 units.
