1. The vial holds dry powder: 24.7 mg of Retatrutide, as weighed.
2. Water spreads that powder evenly through the liquid: 24.7 mg ÷ 2 ml = 12.3 mg per ml.
3. An insulin syringe counts in units, 100 to the ml, so each unit carries 123 mcg.
4. Your dose divided by that: 2 mg ÷ 123 mcg = 16 units.
