2. Water spreads that powder evenly through the liquid: 34.3 mg ÷ 2 ml = 17.1 mg per ml.
3. An insulin syringe counts in units, 100 to the ml, so each unit carries 172 mcg.
4. Your dose divided by that: 3 mg ÷ 172 mcg = 17 units.
