2. Water spreads that powder evenly through the liquid: 33.8 mg ÷ 2 ml = 16.9 mg per ml.
3. An insulin syringe counts in units, 100 to the ml, so each unit carries 169 mcg.
4. Your dose divided by that: 3 mg ÷ 169 mcg = 18 units.
